About the Unit Studies

Creating a Sense of Wonder is a collection of 14 homeschool unit studies to help children in elementary grades explore what Bible says about creation. It includes Bible study, lessons for the heart, research projects, worksheets, games, recipes, arts, crafts, and many ideas on how to have fun with God's creation.

While the study is designed for children in grades 2 through 6, it includes numerous activities which are appropriate for the whole family. You can coordinate studies for all your children using ideas from this curriculum. For elementary students, add math and reading. High school students can study the Bible passages for one year's Bible credit and use the research ideas as writing assignments in English.

The concepts covered are so central to a child's education that we recommend making it the core of your family's curriculum for at least one school year. You can plan trips to the library, outings, family devotionals, and even vacations to go along with the material.

Creating a Sense of Wonder contains over 300 activities, and it is designed for use over one year (or more). You may use it as a basis of study for your entire family, and you may reproduce the pages as necessary for your family.
