How can I place an order?
We have several convenient ways for you to order and pay:
Add items to your electronic shopping cart as you browse our site using the buttons provided on the product pages. Use the link on the menu at the top of the page to view your shopping cart and complete the checkout process using a secure server. You can choose one of these payment options:
1. You can pay using your Discover® Network, MasterCard®, or VISA® card.
2. You can use your PayPal account.
3. You can print your order and mail it to us with a check or money order.
Call us toll-free at 1-800-211-8793 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Saturday, to place your order by phone and pay with a credit or debit card.
Select Notgrass Company resources are also available at these retailers. If your favorite supplier does not carry our products, please tell them about us and contact us with their website or phone number.
How much is shipping?
We aim to ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Your shipping charge will automatically be calculated based on the size of your order. Priority orders are shipped either by Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service or by UPS Ground depending on the destination and size of your order. Media Mail and International shipping are done through the U.S. Postal Service. We offer free Media Mail shipping for U.S. orders over $250.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. If your state has a sales tax, and you do not pay sales tax on a purchase shipped from another state, your state probably wants you to report and pay the so-called "use tax" yourself.
What is your return/refund policy?
If your shipment is incomplete or you find a defective product, call or e-mail us for a prompt replacement.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase from notgrass.com, you can return it to us for a full refund within 45 days from the date on your invoice.
If your books are unused and they are the current editions, you can return them after 45 days, but we will deduct a 15% restocking fee.
Where can I see your products in person?
We attend curriculum fairs in several states. Please look at our events page to see if we or one of our distributors plan to be in your area. We also have a list of other vendors who carry selected Notgrass Company resources.
