Ordering from Notgrass Company
How can I place an order?
We offer three ordering methods for your convenience:
- Add items to your electronic shopping cart as you browse our site using the buttons provided on the product pages. Use the link on the menu at the top of the page to view your shopping cart and complete the checkout process using a secure server. You can pay using your Discover® Network, MasterCard®, or VISA® card; personal checking or savings account; or your PayPal account.
- Call us toll-free at 1-800-211-8793 between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Saturday, to place your order by phone.
- Print out an order form and mail it to us with your payment.
Select Notgrass Company resources are also available at these retailers. If your favorite supplier does not carry our products, please tell them about us and contact us with their website or phone number.
How much is shipping?
We aim to ship within three business days after receiving your order. Your shipping charge will automatically be calculated based on the size of your order. Priority orders are shipped either by Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service or by UPS Ground depending on the destination and size of your order. Media Mail and International shipping are done through the U.S. Postal Service.

+Priority Mail service includes delivery to APO and FPO addresses. Do I have to pay sales tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. If your state has a sales tax, and you do not pay sales tax on a purchase shipped from another state, your state probably wants you to report and pay the so-called "use tax" yourself.
What if I have a problem with my order?
If your shipment is incomplete or damaged, call or e-mail us for a prompt replacement. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase from notgrass.com, please let us know. We will fix the problem or give you a full refund of the item's purchase price when you return it in good condition. We want you to be pleased with your experience of ordering and using our material, and if something is wrong, we will do whatever we can to make it right.
Where can I see your products in person?
We attend curriculum fairs in several states. Please look at our events page to see if we plan to be in your area. We also offer a list of other vendors who carry selected Notgrass Company resources.
